- Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.
2. Refund Policy
- We offer a 7-day refund period for new hosting purchases.
- If approved, the refund will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- No refunds will be issued after the refund period has expired.
- Renewals, upgrades, and add-on purchases are non-refundable.
